Christopher Martin has more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration and property management.
He has completed contract work as an interim administrator at various nursing facilities across New Hampshire and Vermont, guiding organizations through regulatory compliance, financial stabilization, quality improvement projects, and staff development.
In addition to healthcare leadership, Christopher has extensive experience in property management. He has managed Maple Manor Apartments in Newport, New Hampshire, since 2016, and previously owned and operated Woodlawn Care Center in Newport for 14 years before selling the facility in 2024. His combined background in healthcare and housing reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence, resident care, and community stability.
Christopher is married with five children and lives in Grantham, New Hampshire. His wife is a cardiac nurse at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
