You can reach our Patient Financial Services Customer Service Office at (603) 526-5292, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Please have the Visit ID located on your bill or discharge paperwork available for reference.
You are welcome to reach us by e-mail, but due to our dedication to keeping your information confidential, we will respond to emails securely; a password is required to open the emails. You can reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is important to remember that your bill covers services provided by the hospital such as your room and board charge and nursing care. It may also include services ordered by your physician such as X-rays, laboratory tests, medical supplies and oxygen. The bill does not include charges for physicians not employed by New London Hospital such as a pathologist, radiologist, or other physician’s consultants. You will receive separate bills from these physicians.
