Kevin W. Dwyer, MD, MS
Orthopaedics
I love the field of orthopaedics because it allows me to make profound changes in my patients’ lives. By providing evidence-based, individualized and comprehensive orthopaedic care, I can help improve my patients' quality of life so that they can participate in the activities that are important to them.
Whenever possible, I try to involve the entire family in the care of the patient. I believe that compassionate care and including patients’ families in care discussions are key to good outcomes.
It’s very satisfying to see patients return to the office after surgical or non-surgical care and to see how well they are doing. Their improvement inspires me to continue to develop my skills and provide the best care possible.
