Compassion Through the Patient Experience

Among our four core values is compassion: our commitment our person-centered care and our promise to treat patients and family members with respect, sensitivity, and empathy. Our staff aims to build relationships with their patients that not only center around a diagnosis, but a comprehensive health strategy that is considerate of patient values, preferences and individual needs.

As part of measuring this commitment, our care experience team conducts patient satisfaction surveys through our vendor, Press Ganey. These surveys ask patients to rate various aspects of their visit on a numerical scale so that we may measure and assess the patient-centered care that we deliver each day. The patient perspective on how care was delivered is critical as we continuously work to improve the patient experience.

Each year, our care experience team collects this data and awards providers within our organization that scored a 90% or better on the question: “Overall Rating of the Provider” on our Patient Satisfaction surveys with a top provider certificate.
