Inpatient Care
The rehabilitation services department provides inpatient acute care and skilled rehab services. These services include physical, occupational and speech therapies. When a physician writes an order requesting therapy, that patient is seen within 24 hours. We offer state of the art therapy as well as specialized services depending upon the diagnosis.
Outpatient Care
NLH's Sports Medicine & Therapy Services is the preferred provider of the widest range of therapy services in the Lake Sunapee region. The breadth and scope of services we provide is constantly expanding. Our staff is highly skilled in physical, occupational and speech therapy techniques, and our special training allows us to develop the best possible treatment program to motivate you back to your peak level of performance. We maintain a personalized approach so that regaining your health and returning to an active, comfortable life after an illness, injury or surgery is a positive experience.
Outpatient services are provided at the New London Medical Center, located next to the hospital. For the convenience of many of our patients, we also have a new, expanded facility at the Newport Health Center in Newport. Aquatic therapy is at the Best Western Lodge in Sunapee, NH.
