NLH NAMES CLOUGH CENTER DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Lois Krempel, RN of New London has been named Director of Nursing for the Clough Center of New London Hospital, a 58-bed extended care facility at the hospital. Krempel has been a staff nurse on the medical/surgical unit of NLH since 2008, overseeing patient care on the inpatient floor and in the Special Care Unit. Prior to working at NLH, Krempel was a nurse at DHMC and St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. She is a graduate of the Hogeschool West-Brabant in Breda, The Netherlands and is pursuing her Masters of Health Care Administration at New England College. Krempel is ACLS certified and is an NLH certified nursing preceptor.
