John Shea, designee of the Governor and Council of the State of NH met with Tina Naimie and Bill Helm to review the project and the intent of NLH to issue bonds for part of the financing. Executive Councilor Shea found that the project meets an important need for our community and will present his findings to the Governor and Council for ratification on April 4. |

NLH received unanimous approval from the Town of New London Zoning Board to grant the two outstanding variances for the BTTF project. the Board approved the height variance for the new building and the requested zoning variance for one of our additional parking areas. |

received unanimous verbal approval from the Department of Health and Human Services Certificate of Need Board (CON) for an expansion and renovation project estimated to cost $21 million. Final written approval is expected in June after the CON Board votes formally at its May meeting and the vote undergoes a 20-day public appeal process. |
